Counsel. Anis Tombe Augustino Okuanyi serves as the Head of the Consumer Protection Unit at Vision Centre for Legal Studies and Training (VCLST).

He contributes to the Centre’s work in consumer rights, legal awareness, research, and advocacy, supporting the promotion of fair practices, access to remedies, and effective legal protection for consumers in South Sudan.
