Counsel. Peter Ker Deng Ker serves as the Head of the Department of Public Law at Vision Centre for Legal Studies and Training (VCLST).

He contributes to the Centre’s work in public law, legal research, legal education, and professional training, supporting the promotion of constitutionalism, good governance, and the rule of law.
