Emmanuel Mario M. Bafra serves as the Director of Information, Communication and Documentation at Vision Centre for Legal Studies and Training (VCLST).

He supports the Centre’s strategic communication, information management, documentation, and public engagement, contributing to effective dissemination of VCLST’s programmes and activities.
