Counsel Karlos Remijo Kawo Marko is the Deputy Executive Director of the Vision Center for Legal Training (VCLST). 

He contributes to the center’s legal education, professional training, research, and institutional development, with a commitment to advancing access to justice, professionalism, and the rule of law in South Sudan.
